Ray is a fierce contract negotiator and refuses to “leave a penny on the table”. He has also bought and sold numerous properties and contracted for additions and renovations. He knows first-hand the intricacies of the buying, selling, and the remodeling process. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics at Rutgers University and has achieved the Five Star Real Estate Professional Award for the past 4 years and honored as an MSC Top Performing Agent.

With a mind for more than numbers, Ray plays guitar and considers himself a “terminal beginner” at golf. He also supports The Food Pantry because children should never go hungry, and the Wildlife Conservation Society, believing that protecting our planet is critical to our future.
